My approach

I work psychodynamically and systemically, with an eye for inner patterns, outer contexts, and the interactions between them. My goal is to create spaces for orientation—especially where certainties end and paths are still unclear. Change does not come about through optimization, but through deep understanding: What drives me? What is holding me back? In doing so, I combine analytical clarity with resonance-oriented support. Intelligent sorting and weighing up are just as much a part of my practice as intensive feeling and experiencing.
My approach is based on the conviction that lasting change requires more than good advice or new techniques. It needs space to make inner dynamics visible, to understand unconscious patterns, and to open up new scope for action.

I work across different schools of thought: psychodynamic concepts help to understand the unconscious and old conditioning. Systemic perspectives show how contexts and relationships shape our experience. Gestalt therapy elements enable intense moments of experience in which change is not only thought about but also experienced.

It is always important to me that I do not work on you, but with you. Coaching is not a repair shop, but a joint process in which you remain the expert on your own life. My job is to hold space, to mirror, to irritate—and to remain present, even when it becomes uncomfortable.

What I stand for

I work precisely, warmly, and with a focus on resonance. It is important to me that coaching does not remain superficial, but really makes a difference. I combine clarity with empathy: I express what I perceive and at the same time create a space in which you can reveal yourself—with everything that goes with it. For me, honesty and the willingness to address uncomfortable issues are part of good coaching.
I see coaching as a development process that requires courage—the courage to look, pause, and deal with what may have been avoided for a long time. This can be challenging, and sometimes uncomfortable. But this is exactly where real change happens, not just superficial adaptation.

In doing so, I create a space that allows for both: stability and movement. A space for orientation – even when old certainties end and new ones have yet to emerge. Security and movement. A space where you can show yourself without being judged – and where, at the same time, what is revealed is clearly named. Because only what is perceived can change.

It is important to me to take the complexity of your situation seriously: professional and private life cannot be neatly separated. Internal dynamics have an external impact, and external contexts shape our experiences. That is why I do not work in isolation on individual “problems,” but look at the whole picture—at you as a person, at your relationships, at the systems in which you operate.

My experience enables me to provide support that is not only psychologically but also practically relevant—with a genuine understanding of your context.

And: I take your time seriously. Coaching is an investment—in yourself, in your own development. That’s why I work in a focused manner and at the same time with the patience and care that deep processes require.
